At Archdeacon John Lewis, we make select areas of the premises available for events, meetings, conferences and activities to a wide variety of groups within and outside the local community.

Available to hire are the following areas of the school:

- Gym hall: located on the ground floor, the gym hall is a large area with wooden flooring which would be ideal for dance lessons, yoga, sports activities and the like. It also has a large screen that can be used for presentations so lends itself well to meetings too. 

- Church hall: located on the ground floor, the church hall comprises a large space (carpeted), staging area, and a large screen for presentations. This space would be perfect for large meetings, a training room, choir/music practice or a conference.

- Meeting room: located on the ground floor, our bright and airy meeting room is ideal for accommodating smaller meetings, especially where privacy is required. A large screen is available for presentations.

- Outside area: we are very fortunate to have a large field which is perfect for a variety of sports, and a good sized yard which can also be utilised for many sporting activities.

The hire of any area of the school also allows for use of toilet facilities. Please note, we are not able to hire our kitchen area however you are welcome to bring your own food/drink on to the premises.

Prices are competitive and discounts for block bookings are available.
